Quiet Sewing Sunday

It was a quiet day here in Amado, Az. I dug out my camper quilt and set up my sewing machine at the clubhouse. There is a beautiful space set aside for those of us who enjoy the craft of sewing and quilting with a large cutting table, a pressing table, and a bright area for sewing machines. I was able to get the borders sewn on the camper quilt but I’m still deciding what design I’ll use to finish it off. I spent the rest of the afternoon working on the Mexican Stars and made good progress.

  2. I see that they have the cutting table raised to a standing height. What a good idea. I like the whole room. The quilt is very eye catching!
