31 Days, 7418 (hair raising) Miles, 1 Happy Camper, and a 25th Birthday!

After a restless night, I finally gave in to the excitement at 5 this morning and got myself ready for the last leg of this incredible journey. I arrived home shortly before lunch and my Dear Husband and Dexter were there to meet me! Wild Thing is now safely parked behind my art studio and I’m settling in back at home. Today is my son Owen’s 25th birthday so I’m looking forward to celebrating a bit with him tonight. I’m planning to keep posting, so stay tuned. I have lots to share about life on the road as well as preparations for my next journey! For now I’m happy to be safely home and spending time with my guys!

  3. What a coincidence – you get the Wild Thing home on the day we turned in our completed build sheet! Thanks for stopping to show us Wild Thing on your way through. It really helped us to resolve some things we were on the fence about. Hopefully your blog will be available yet when we make our trip west from South Dakota to pick up our, yet to be named, Escape 19.

    • Ken it was so great to meet you and Karla! And thanks again for the beautiful tour. I’m glad I could help resolve some of your build sheet questions. Now that that’s done you can start shopping for the interior! I do plan to keep up with the blog. I have a lot to process! I hope to see you both on the road soon. Happy trails!
