Dog Days in Sedona!

It’s a dog’s life! Today Dexter and I did some errands around the camper, then headed into Cottonwood to mail our Christmas packages. It’s a small year for us, but wr mailed a few gifts and cards. The line was long at the post office but everyone was in good holiday cheer so I didn’t mind the wait. Next we drove over to Sedona where I dropped off some yarn that I purchased at the little shop called Sedona Knit Wits where they offered to wind the yarn for me. I’m finding ways to manage without all the tools I normally have at home! These hanks were over 500 yards each of sock weight yarn, so they would have taken quite some time to wind by hand! A late lunch at the 89 Agave Cantina rounded out the afternoon. Dexter approved of the homemade tortilla chips! Yum!!
I have one more day to enjoy in the area before I hitch up and move down to Tucson on Wednesday. Where has the week gone?

  1. I understand that in the Mesa area, at least, you are allowed to take your small dog in restaurants, etc if they are in a little stroller. You might ask around about that. I suppose they don’t want you to leave it in the hot car.
