We had another great birding day and I will post pictures of the profits tomorrow. This evening Steve and I went to Tubac and enjoyed a lovely dinner at Elvira’s Restaurant before heading to a live music show at the Tubac Arts Cultural Center.

Our server, Tara, took excellent care of us…

Steve enjoyed Flounder with Pineapple and a bottle of wine, Savignon Blanc from Baja ( special cheers to Glen and Liz!!)

While I enjoy the house special, Chicken Mole with Plantains, Plums, Apricots , and a house special Margarita with Hibiscus, Orange Liquor, Champagne, Melagro Silver Tequila, and Agave Honey. Yum!!

We then walked down to the Art Center to hear Mark Mulligan, Rudy Bruggeman, and Thom Shepherd. What a treat and an amazing evening from these world-class musicians and songwriters…more details tomorrow!!
